2008 Thunder on the Colorado Motorcycle Rally
Important Info for Vendors
Seeking vendors for March 14 – 16, 2008 - Riverbend Park in Smithville, Texas
Rental Policy:
Setup Dates & Time:
Setup: Friday, March 14 – anytime between 8am and 11:30am
Take down: Sunday, March 16 – 1:00pm
Booth Rental Fees:
$75.00 Outdoors open space with no electricity one time fee for all three days
$100.00 Outdoors covered space with electricity one time fee for all three days
Space Allocation and Placement:
The spaces allocated to vendors are assigned on a first paid basis. Booth assignments on check-in.
Vending:
Vendors may conduct business only inside their rented booth and in its immediate vicinity. No vendor may conduct business by “strolling” through the park grounds. We reserve the right to require any vendor to remove from display and immediately cease selling or distributing any item that could be deemed as inappropriate and/or that might cause a disturbance. Discriminatory and inappropriate materials will not be permitted.
Sales Tax:
Vendors who sell any items subject to Texas Sales Tax must assume all responsibility and liability for collection of sales tax on items and subsequent payment to the State. We are in no way responsible for this matter.
Placement:
Cancellation by a vendor based on dissatisfaction with space assignment will not be grounds for a refund of fees. Assignments are made as applications and fees are submitted. All vendors are required to keep their spaces clean throughout the rally weekend.
Cancellation:
Refunds are dependent upon the resale of the booth space. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation notices received less than 48 hours prior to March 14th.
Statement of Policy:
We accept no liability in the loss or damage, either by theft or act of God, to any merchandise, fixtures, literature and/or personal property belonging to any and all vendors. Vendors should understand that this liability and responsibility lies solely with them.
